"I can't say enough great things about Melissa and this agency! I had never had to work with my car insurance company until a recent accident so I had no idea what I was doing. Melissa spent time with me on the phone discussing my options and figuring out what was best for me. She has answered the phone every time I've called and is so courteous and helpful. I called at closing time (didn't know what time they closed), and was sent to voicemail. It was a Friday so I figured I would just call back on Monday so decided not to leave a voicemail because it wasn't urgent. She called me back right away and spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me and connected me with a claims representative. She then stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was in good hands with claims and that my questions were answered. Seriously amazing service. I would recommend this agency to anyone.
